We are delighted to be able to offer our home buyers the option of the Government backed Help to Buy scheme designed to assist house buyers purchase their ideal home.

Help to Buy is available on selected developments at Brickhill Homes. Please request further information from our agent to see if you qualify and whether Help to Buy is an option for right for you.

How does it work?

There are various options that a purchaser can consider when looking at Help To Buy but the most common for buying a new home is the Equity Loan scheme which enables a buyer to use a 5% cash deposit and a 75% mortgage with the Government lending you the remaining 20% of the cost of your new home.

Purchasers are not charged loan fees on the 20% loan for the first five years of owning the home.

Help to Buy: An Equity Loan is available on house purchases up to a value of £600,000.
