How it works

If your home isn't on the market yet and you can't face the hassle of selling your home traditionally then we have an option that may appeal to you; you buy ours and we'll buy yours!

If your home qualifies, we'll arrange for a range of valuations of your property and agree a fair purchase price with you. We'll manage the process of appointing the estate agents and pay their fees.

You can then sit back safe in the knowledge that your new home is ready for you to move into once complete without the hassle of worrying about the complexities of selling your home and the complicated chains that will slow down your move.
